If possible and with the new techniques of In Vitro fertilization we have a higher percentage of having two babies at home.

Can I choose the gender of my baby?

Yes, currently with the preimplantation genetic study (PGT-A) we are able to genetically differentiate the sex of the embryo, as well as helping us to rule out the most frequent chromosomal diseases.

How do we know if the man is the one with an infertility problem?

Studying men is much easier than women. For this, a semen study called "Spermatobioscopy" is carried out, where we can analyze the characteristics of the semen that may be affecting fertility.
